SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Mondi said that the purchase of Schumacher Packaging's Western Europe assets was complete. Significant product range extension and more production flexibility are two benefits of the deal.
Two cutting-edge German mega box factories in Ebersdorf and Greven will be added as a result of the acquisition. By adding solid board solutions to its portfolio, Mondi will be able to offer customers, particularly those in the eCommerce and FMCG industries, creative and customized sustainable packaging solutions.
Now, Schumacher Packaging will have complete access to Mondi's extensive product line and services.
