AF&PA Celebrated National Forest Products Week

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Washington-based The American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) announced that it will celebrate 63rd annual National Forest Products Week from 15th to 21st October, 2023. The association will highlight the industry’s sustainability leadership and paper recycling achievements during this period.

Heidi Brock, President and CEO, AF&PA noted that the association will recognize the 925,000 people from the forest products industry who make sustainable products for a more sustainable future during the week. The innovative paper and wood products made by these people from various renewable resources are used by millions of Americans every day, she added.

The forest products industry manufactures wide range of sustainable products including paper, cardboard packaging, tissue products, pulp and wood products.
