December 26, 2024: Scrap Gold Prices Down, Platinum and Silver Flat on the Index
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went lower by $ 0.03 per Oz.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined marginally as of Thursday, December 26, 2024 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. On the contrary, the prices of scrap Silver and Platinum held steady on the Index.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices were down by $0.30 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap went down by $ 0.04 per Lb and $0.05 per Lb respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also edged lower by $ 0.02 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed no change from $ 683.91 per Oz. Silver scrap prices too were flat on the Index.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went lower by $ 0.03 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22 carat gold scrap also went down by $ 0.04 per Oz each. 9-carat gold scrap also declined by $ 0.02 per Oz. The prices of Platinum scrap saw no variation from the previous day’s price. Silver scrap prices too were unchanged at $ 21.63 per Oz.
