November 29, 2024: Scrap Gold and Platinum Prices Up, Silver Down on the Index
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices increased by $0.56 per Oz on Index.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and platinum prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked were up on Friday, November 29, 2024 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. In contrast, the prices of Silver scrap dropped marginally over the previous day's price.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices increased by $0.56 per Oz on Index. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap went higher by $0.73 per Oz and $0.89 per Oz respectively. 9-carat gold scrap prices increased by $0.37 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap increased by $2.92 per Oz to reach $681.73 per Oz. Silver scrap prices declined by $0.35 per Oz to touch $24.75 per Oz when compared with the prior day.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went higher by $0.54 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap also edged higher by $ 0.69 and $ 0.84 per Oz respectively.9-carat gold scrap saw an increase of $0.35 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed up move of $2.92 per Oz to reach $681.73 per Oz. On the other hand, Silver scrap prices declined by $0.31 per Oz over the previous day.
