November 21, 2024: Scrap Gold Prices Up, Platinum Steady, Silver Down on the Index
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went higher by $9.85 per Oz.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold prices - both hallmarked and non-hallmarked edged higher marginally as of Thursday, November 21, 2024 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. However, the prices of Platinum held steady, whereas Silver scrap prices fell over the day.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went higher by $9.85 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap also increased by $12.63 per Oz and $15.42 per Oz respectively. 9-carat gold scrap prices went higher by $6.32 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed no change on the Index. Silver scrap prices declined by $0.34 per Lb.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went higher by $9.31 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap recorded an increase of $11.94 and $14.58 per Oz respectively.9-carat gold scrap also increased by $5.97 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap recorded no variation over the previous day’s prices. Silver scrap prices edged lower by $0.31 per Lb over the previous day.
