November 14, 2024: Scrap Gold and Platinum Prices Dipped, Silver Up on the Index
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 4.59 per Oz.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and platinum prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined as of Thursday, November 14, 2024 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Silver scrap prices increased marginally over the previous day.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 4.59 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 5.89 and $ 7.19 per Oz respectively. 9-carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 2.95 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 6.56 per Oz to reach $ 691.21 per Oz. Silver scrap prices increased marginally by $0.41 per Oz when compared with the previous day.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 4.35 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap were down $ 5.57 and $ 6.81 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also was down $ 2.78 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices fell by 6.56 per Oz. Meantime, Non-hallmarked silver scrap prices recorded modest jump by $0.37 per Lb.
