November 11, 2024: Scrap Gold and Platinum Prices Dipped, Silver Up on the Index
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 0.48 per Oz.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and platinum prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined as of Monday, November 11, 2024 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Silver scrap prices increased marginally over the previous day.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 0.48 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 0.62 and $ 0.75 per Oz respectively. 9-carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 0.31 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 0.73 per Oz to reach $ 719.64 per Oz. Silver scrap prices increased marginally by $0.37 per Oz when compared with the previous day.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 0.45 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap were down $ 0.59 and $ 0.71 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also was down $ 0.29 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices fell by 0.73 per Oz. Meantime, Non-hallmarked silver scrap prices recorded modest jump by $0.32 per Lb.
