November 5, 2024: Scrap Gold and Platinum Prices Dipped, Silver Up on the Index
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 0.91 per Oz.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and platinum prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined as of Tuesday, November 5, 2024 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Silver scrap prices increased marginally over the previous day.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 0.97 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 1.23 and $ 1.51 per Oz respectively. 9-carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 0.61 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 5.11 per Oz to reach $ 726.93 per Oz. Silver scrap prices increased marginally by $0.03 per Oz when compared with the previous day.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 0.91 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap were down $ 1.17 and $ 1.43 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also was down $ 0.59 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices fell by 5.11 per Oz. Meantime, Non-hallmarked silver scrap prices recorded modest jump by $0.04 per Lb.
