October 11, 2024: Scrap Gold and Platinum Prices Up, Silver Down on the Index

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 9.78 per Oz.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and platinum prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked were up on Friday, October 11, 2024 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. However, the prices of Silver scrap fell marginally over the day.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices increased by $ 10.35 per Oz on Index. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap went higher by $ 13.28 per Oz and $ 16.22 per Oz respectively. 9-carat gold scrap prices increased by $ 6.64 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap increased by $ 4.37 per Oz to reach $ 696.31 per Oz. Silver scrap prices declined by $0.02 per Oz to touch $25.24 per Oz when compared with the prior day.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 9.78 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap too went up by $ 12.56 and $ 15.33 per Oz respectively.9-carat gold scrap also increased by $ 6.28 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed up move of $ 4.37 per Oz to reach $ 696.31 per Oz. Silver scrap prices declined by $0.01 per Oz over the previous day.
