7th March, 2023: Scrap Gold Prices Surged, Platinum and Silver Dropped on Index
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $4.24 per Oz.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap old prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked edged higher marginally on Tuesday, 7th March, 2023 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. However, the prices of Platinum and Silver scrap fell over the day.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $4.48 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap also went higher by $5.75 per Oz and $7.02 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap prices increased by $2.88 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed a decline of $9.48 per Oz on Index. Silver scrap prices declined by $0.01 per Lb.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $4.24 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap too went up by $5.43 and $6.64 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also increased by $2.71 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed decline by $9.48 per Oz. Silver scrap prices edged lower by $0.01 per Lb over the previous day.
