Here at Williams C & D Landfill (Rainbow Falls Class II Landfill) we provide the Aiken-Augusta area a clean, well-organized, safe, and environmentally responsible disposal site. We are a class II Landfill accepting all Construction & Demolition wastes. Our scale house weighs each incoming load before going back to the active phase of the landfill for load screening and dumping.

Our goal is for our customers to have the quickest turnaround time on site, as safely as possible, to reduce transportation time, labor, and equipment costs. We have a dedicated team that assists our customers at the working face, as well as carefully screening each and every load for acceptable materials.

Our concern for the environment comes first and foremost. That’s why we personally inspect each load that is brought to us. Groundwater protection is also a key component of Williams Landfill’s program. Our site has installed monitoring wells around our landfill to ensure that our drinking water is protected now and well after the site has closed. These wells are sampled semi-annually, and submitted to an environmental engineering firm for strict testing; that information is then submitted to DHEC for compliance approval.

To further our attempt to be a responsible disposable site, Williams C&D Landfill, Inc. has partnered with GreenGo Recycling, LLC, and UpStream Recycling, to take advantage of several recycling opportunities. We’ve instituted a concrete recycling program, a compost and mulch operation, as well as extraction of various materials from the waste stream for repurposing.
