When I started Van’s Waste in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, back in 2000, I had one waste hauling truck and a lot of vision. I saw how businesses were trapped into long, expensive contracts with major waste companies, and I knew I could offer a better service package. Since then, we have grown quickly, we’ve hired more drivers, and we’ve expanded to our local 7 acre facility in Kaukauna.
