The start-up of our family business dates back to the late 1950s. Then my grandparents, Maria Bally and Karel Dillen, bought a piece of land in the center of Oud-Turnhout. Together they started a trade in old metals. My parents, Josephine Dillen and Marc Van den Broeck, shared their passion for trade and metal. In 1986 they took over the business and continued the life's work of my grandparents. They modernized the business and specialized in the purchase, sale, transport and sorting of old metals.

Me and my brother Nic decided to help build the company after our studies. Each from our own perspective, we jointly attach great importance to corporate social responsibility. This vision is reflected in the modern approach, machines and materials used in the furnishing of our new yard.
