About Residential Cart Service
Upper Valley Disposal & Recycling Service offers weekly residential refuse and recycling service throughout Upper Napa County. Because of our rural community, all rates for services are quoted through our customer service department.
Cart Sizes and Service
Available cart sizes for refuse: 32, 64, 96 gallon. Included in these services per customer are one 96-gallon blue recycling cart and one 96-gallon green waste recycling cart. Upon request, customers are offered a 2-gallon motor oil-recycling container for curbside or roadside collection.
Extra Collection
Customers who have residential service can also receive extra pick up of refuse by calling our customer service department to authorize the additional pick-up.If you are in need of a container larger than just a few extra bags please contact us about utilizing our 3.5 cubic yard container called the “Clean Up Helper.” For larger jobs, inquire about the rates on a 20, 30 or 40-yard debris box.
Payment for Service
Billing for residential service is quarterly in advance. Billing cycles are January, April, July and October. Please contact our customer service department for more information about what day we service your neighborhood and for additional information related to your service needs.
Upper Valley Disposal & Recycling Service offers weekly commercial refuse and recycling service throughout Upper Napa County. Because of our diverse and rural community, all rates for services are quoted through our customer service department.
Extra Collection
Commercial customers will be charged per yard for extra refuse that spills over the water level line of the container being serviced. An Upper Valley Disposal & Recycling’s staff member will indicate to our customer service department the date and amount of extra refuse collected. The additional refuse will be charged to the customers account.
Payment for Service
Billing for commercial customers is monthly. Customers are pro-rated from the time they start and stop service. Failure to pay within 30 days will result in a stop service, cart or container removal and as a last resort, your account is sent to a collection agency.
Upper Valley Disposal & Recycling offers permanent and temporary debris boxes for large amounts of materials.For permanent debris box service, customers must agree to six months minimum order. Customers are have the option of receive a monthly billing statement or can pay by using a visa/MasterCard. Materials we can collect and transport in debris boxes: refuse, clean green waste, clean wood waste, dirt, concrete, asphalt, cardboard, glass, irrigation material, shrink wrap and special winery projects.
Upper Valley Disposal & Recycling offers permanent and temporary debris boxes for a variety of materials needing to be disposed or recycled in the wine industry. Permanent boxes must be order for a six-month minimum period. Temporary debris boxes can be utilized for the following types of materials: winery pomace, vineyard stakes, grape canes, glass bottles, cardboard, shrink wrap, clean green waste, clean dirt, asphalt, concrete, wood debris and other special projects.For more than 35 years, Upper Valley Disposal & Recycling has been producing organic compost from winery grape pomace each harvest season.
