• Interchangeable Parts - Many auto parts are interchangeable from one model vehicle to the next so although your exact car, truck or van isn't in our inventory, compatible parts may still be available. If there is any question about finding an interchangeable part, please contact an experienced staff member to assist in your search.

• Transport Aids - One a first come, first served basis, the yard provides free use of wheelbarrows, carts and engine hoists to assist in removing and hauling parts. Please utilize these aids to prevent injury while carrying parts within the yard.

• Tools - Tools are not provided and electrical outlets are NOT available in the yard. Please bring your own tools and battery operated tools suitable for removing the parts needed.

• Attached Components - Assemblies, such as brake assemblies and axles, come complete with attached or associated components. Each component must be purchased individually. Please remove unwanted attached or associated components.

• Lubricants - A lubricant such as WD-40 often helps loosen rusted or stubborn parts from the vehicle.

• Flashlight - Consider bringing a flashlight or headlamp for visibility of recessed parts. Light conditions vary throughout the day.

• Heavy Large Parts - If you are seeking larger or heavy parts, please bring at least one helper to assist.

• Shoes and Clothing - All persons should wear durable clothing and keep in mind clothing may get dirty or torn. For safety, we recommend closed toed shoes or boots. Sandals are prohibited.

• Refunds and Exchanges - We do not offer refunds but a 30-day exchange program for in-store credit is available.

• Payment Type - Cash, debit and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.

• Pets - Pets on leashes are permitted.

• No alcohol is allowed on the premises.

• No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the yard.
