We specialize in producing high quality Primary and Secondary alloys for today's 21st Century Die-Castings, Sand and Permanent-Mold Foundries, Investment Castings, Job Shops and Specialty Casting Operations. Trialco is an ANSI/ISO/ASQ 9001:2008 registered company. This demostrates our dedication to a quality production process. We take pride in a process that produces consistent product chemistry that is fully filtered and properly grain refined through strict laboratory inspection and procedures.We purchase quality raw materials, including high quality silicon metal, which through years of experience and interaction with our customers, we know will produce a quality casting. Our unique furnace design ensures that the metal being produced is clean. We thoroughly inspect our raw materials and finished products from their initial appearance to final loading.

Trialco is able to produce nearly every aluminum alloy listed in the Aluminum Association registry, including both primary and secondary alloys. Listed are our common alloys produced, most of which are stocked regularly.
