On December 1st of 2006, TCI of Alabama, LLC purchased the facility and business assets from Trans-Cycle Industries, Inc. Trans-Cycle Industries, Inc. opened in 1989 under the ownership of David Laskin. The individuals involved with the purchase had over 130 year of experience in the metals and recycling business.TCI is an industry leader in recycling metals from used and obsolete oil filled electrical equipment. Our facility is permitted to accept equipment at any PCB level. In addition to providing state of the art disposal of EPA regulated items, we also purchase electrical equipment that is non-regulated (less than 50 parts per million) regardless of size.For the past 17 years, our experienced management team has provided services to a wide array of businesses and government organizations.
