SustainAbility is a recycling company that combines our passion for the environment & recycling with an understanding that every human being is unique & has gifts & talents to offer our communities & our planet.

A majority of SustainAbility’s workforce is comprised of individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. We work in partnership with PPCH (www.parkerpch.com) to provide meaningful, paid work experiences & training to a community that struggles with an over 70% unemployment rate.We are committed to salvaging valuable resources by working in partnership with our local communities to provide residential & commercial recycling pick-up services as well as two drop-off sites for electronics,hard-to-recycle items and single-stream recycling.

Residential Recycling

According to the Environmental Protection Agency, the average American produces about 4.4 pounds of garbage a day, or a total of 29 pounds per week. That is 1,600 pounds of household trash per person each year!
You can make a difference. By recycling the waste produced in your home you can cut down your trash production to a fraction of this number. And remember, always reuse before recycling!SustainAbility supplies our residential customers with 95 gallon bins. Our pick-ups are completed once a month. Once monthly pick-up meets our customers needs, keeps recycling service rates low & decreases carbon footprint emissions & traffic in your neighborhoods.

Commercial Recycling

SustainAbility’s commercial services are perfect for meeting the needs of businesses.  Every business’s recycling needs are unique.  Our staff is available to assist you with determining the frequency of pick-ups, the number of bins required & ideal bin sizes.  We also offer inside pick-ups if this is of convenience or necessity for your business. Recycling needs vary from one company to another.  Our services are tailored for meeting the needs of small businesses (1-50 employees). SustainAbility provides our customers with 95 gallon bins which are placed either inside or outside your business.

At SustainAbility, we ensure that all electronics are ethically handled in every way. We carefully disassemble each element & distribute pieces to environmentally responsible downstream recyclers to be remade into new products.

Hard-To-Recycle (H2R)

We charge a fee of $3 to access the H2R Center at our DENVER location. After paying the entrance fee most items are free of charge. There is an additional charge for some items that contain hazardous materials or require special processing.
THE $3 ENTRANCE FEE OCCURS ONLY ONCE PER VISIT. We encourage you to bring as many items per visit as possible in an effort to keep your fees as low as possible & to reduce your vehicle's carbon footprint
