Star iron & Metal Inc. is a family owned business located in Midtown since 1975. Our facility has been a recycling center since the early 1930s.
We’re located in West Midtown at the intersection of Howell Mill Road and 11th Street. We recycle, copper, aluminum, brass, lead, iron and steel-scrap/6">stainless steel.
Star Iron & Metal Company has been working with law enforcement for over thirty-five years to stop metal theft. We work with the Southeast Metal Task Force to stop metal theft in our region. Our goal is help businesses and local police agencies to find and prosecute these offenders.
