Established in 1997, Spirit Services, Inc. is a full service environmental recycling company based in Williamsport, Maryland that provides recycling services to customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States. Spirit Services specializes in the treatment of non-hazardous waste materials generated by various industries and municipalities. Spirit's history includes a public/private partnership formed in 1998 with the Washington County Maryland Board of County Commissioners. The partnership was created for the purpose of managing and operating the Conococheague Industrial Pretreatment Facility (CIPF). After many years of successful operation, Spirit agreed to purchase the CIPF from Washington County and currently operates it privately.Spirit Services, Inc. is a provider of industrial and domestic wastewater treatment, oil recycling, liquid recovery, sludge processing, non-hazardous drum services, transportation, and laboratory services. Spirit Energy Services, LLC

Spirit Energy Services provides specialized services to midstream natural gas companies and other fossil fuel energy providers. Our team is specifically trained to provide equipment, transportation, disposal, and personnel training to our energy customers.

Spirit Energy Services' West Virginia Facility

In 2006, Spirit established a location in Nitro, WV designed to service the midstream natural gas industry in several states. Spirit Energy Services utilizes state-of-the-art treatment equipment and maintains a versatile transportation fleet.

Used Oil Recycling

Used oil received is laboratory tested and if accepted, is unloaded at one of our oil recovery plants. Our processing facilities recover the oil by separating the water and removing the solids. The process ultimately turns the brown unusable oil into a "green" alternative fuel. The finished product is always laboratory tested to ensure quality and to also verify that it meets the guidelines mandated by local, state and federal regulations. Used Antifreeze Recycling

Spirit operates permitted collection trucks to pick up used antifreeze and safely transport it for recycling. Once this product is recycled, it can be resold in the marketplace. Spirit offers both onsite and offsite antifreeze recycling services for all sized clients. For example, Spirit is approved to perform ship-to-shore used antifreeze transfers for the US Coast Guard.

Used Glycol Recycling

Spirit will pick up, transport and process glycol. We can evacuate glycol straight from natural gas dehydration units in the field when the unit is flushed and/or serviced or from any other container you have. Due to the potential environmental hazard glycol poses, it is important to properly manage this waste.

Used Oil Filter Recycling

Spirit will help you properly dispose of used oil filters to comply with EPA guidelines. We offer bulk containers and collection services. Contact us about setting up a comprehensive collection program for efficient and effective used oil filter collection.

Bulk Non‐Hazardous Solids Disposal

Spirit provides transportation and disposal for most bulk non‐hazardous solids such as contaminated soils or gravel, used absorbents or oily debris. Our specially trained drivers and disposal experts will work with customers to ensure the safe and reliable disposal of all non‐hazardous waste.
