WHAT WE DO:

• We make trash and recycling disposal hassle free for your residents.

• We supply each unit with a waste receptacle that best fits the needs of your property.

• Up to 5 times per week, a well identifiable Skinner employee will collect doorstep trash and recycling bags and neatly place bags in the onsite dumpster, compactor, or recycling bin.

• After all waste pick up has been completed, we will ensure all breezeways and dumpster areas are free of any debris.

• We work with you to customize a specific plan that is most beneficial to the property and your resident’s needs.

RECYCLING:

Skinner Waste Solutions makes recycling easy and available to everyone. At no additional cost, we collect clearly marked bagged recycling items and place them in the appropriate onsite recycling containers.

• Paper Board (Cereal & shoe boxes, Notepad backing *Please remove metal spiral from notebooks)

We DO NOT accept:

Polystyrene or styrofoam, (i.e. packing material, egg cartons, styrofoam food trays, plastic grocery bags, rubber gloves, light bulbs, electronic devices, clothing, mirrors, household, garbage, any items having contained chlorine, paint, pesticides, acid motor oil or any hazardous materials, waxed paper products, photos, film, carbon paper, or baby diapers.
