To control potential contamination, our facility is built on 9.5 acres of 10-inchthick concrete. With this impermeable layer of protection, storm water is collected and processed through our on-site water treatment plant, where it is rendered environmentally safe prior to discharge. You can be assured that your scrap metals will be processed by an environmentally responsible recycler.

Seattle Iron & Metals Corporation is a full service metals processor. We have been recycling in the Seattle area since 1922.

Seattle Iron & Metals receives both ferrous (iron) and non-ferrous (nonmagnetic) metals from throughout the Northwest including Alaska and Canada.

We are able to receive materials via trucks, rail cars, barges, shipping containers and personal cars. 

We also provide a full-service pick-up for volume loads.  Equipment is available to handle over-sized materials. Seattle Iron & Metals has state-of-the-art equipment to process most metals.  We are trained and comply environmentally with State and Federal regulations. 

Our state of the art on-site equipment allows us the capabilities to unload and load virtually any size and shape of cargo.
