We maintain a fleet of over 700 roll off containers and lugger boxes. We serve the recycling needs of hundreds of industrial accounts throughout the Front Range, the plains, mountains surrounding the Denver metropolitan area. We operate a fleet of steel sided trailers, as well as large capacity dump trailers, to meet the needs of the demolition industry.Our 2 major pieces of processing equipment are a two-ram Harris Baler and an 1100 Ton Harris Guillotine Shear. We also operate 4 portable shears, two of which exert over 1,000 tons of shearing pressure for processing I-beams and other demolition scrap metal. We use hydraulic cranes to unload trucks, feed equipment, and load prepared recycled metals for shipment.

Rocky Mountain Recycling is open to the public for "drop in" recycling of all scrap metals. Electricians, farmers and the general public are welcome to bring in scrap metals. No prior arrangements nor appointments are necessary. Drop-Off Recycling: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM; Saturday 7:30 AM - Noon. Please arrive 30 minutes before closing.

Upon visiting us, the first thing you will encounter is wide open and clean driveways that direct you onto the scales. We weigh and grade your material and you can see your weights on our oversized scale readout. Then drive into the yard where our efficient and friendly personnel will assist you with your unloading. You never have to fear flat tires as we are constantly cleaning our paved driveways. After unloading, you will return to the scale to weigh again to determine the light weight of your vehicle.
Park your vehicle and come inside. We will pay you via check if you wish, or you can choose the cash option. Our on-site ATM saves you a trip to the bank! ID required, and please know your license plate number.
