If you are happy with the on-site quote, then they will perform the job on the spot. If not, there is no obligation or fee for having them come out there. Heavy construction material such as concrete, gravel or dirt is more labor intensive and costly to dispose of, and for safety reasons can only be loaded one foot in depth to cover the bed of the 14ft.
