RMC provides demolition and construction debris disposal as a cost effective alternative to disposal at an inert or municipal landfill. Concrete and asphalt debris/rubble is accepted (inbound) for a range of fees ($/load). These disposal options at our recycle centers help save money with lower gate fees and trucking costs.RMC crushes and screens to make a variety of recycled products (outbound) for sale to our customers, including specification aggregates made from recycled concrete and asphalt. These recycled materials or products are a cost effective alternative to virgin materials. Our recycling centers are within the city and likely closer to your project than sand and gravel pits and mountain quarries that sell virgin aggregates that have higher royalty fees and longer haul distances to your projects, thereby providing cost savings because of both aspects of lower material royalty and lower trucking costs.
RMC was formed in January 2016 by a partnership and is under new management, absorbing existing contracts and resources from the former RMCI, which was originally established in 1987, and now has ceased operations. RMC has established an organizational structure that includes several former key employees that are knowledgeable with the recycling business and region.RMC has adopted the same key philosophy to positively affect construction debris waste stream minimization and divert inert construction debris from going to landfills, producing valuable service and commodity to the local demolition and construction industry, and providing cost savings in trucking and lower aggregate costs than many local virgin materials.
RMC’s corporate office support is provided by Buesing Corp. located at 3045 S. 7th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85040. Buesing Corp. provides corporate daily accounting and payroll support. Buesing Corp. also provides some technical support and strategic planning based on our recycling experiences in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The owner of Buesing Corp., Jerry Buesing, is the managing partner of RMC, overseeing the recycling operations in both firms.RMC operates several successful recycling yards in metropolitan Denver, Colorado area, including the following:
RMC is dedicated to helping the demolition and construction industry reach sustainability goals by diverting concrete and asphalt debris to one our local recycling yards, and away from the valuable space of a landfill. Savings is realized by substituting the high cost of the landfill dump fee with a reasonable recycling yard dump fee, and taking this debris to one of our local recycling yards is often also a fraction of the hauling distance, and cost.
To become a leader in the recycling industry by providing quality products at a fair price, by developing long-lasting customer relationships, by being innovative, and by operating as a well-equipped, skillfully-staffed company.
We will expand the reach of our existing commercial recycling centers or add new locations, further cultivate strategic relationships with both governmental agencies and our partners in the construction industry, continue to operate on the leading edge of recycling methods and technology, and strive for consistent customer satisfaction, and a commitment to bringing value to recycling construction debris throughout the region.
