Polcopper is a world-renowned brand in the industry of wholesale scrap metal and scrap processing. Purchase of steel scrap and non-ferrous metals is carried out in over 30 facilities throughout the country. The company's offer also includes metallurgical products, including steel sheets and steel profiles.
The company was founded in 1990 by Ewa and Kazimierz Rusiecki. Thanks to reliable work, consistency in action and a clear vision of development, they transformed a small family business into a modern, dynamically developing company. The pioneering stage of development symbolically ended in 1997 with the relocation of the company from Leszno to Przysieka Polska, where its headquarters are still located today. The co-author of this success was the son of the founders, who managed the company - Tomasz Rusiecki.
On the threshold of the new century, Piotr Rusiecki took over the management of the company after his tragically deceased brother. Under his rule, the company entered the second stage of development, joining in 2002 with the enterprise of Roman Stachowiak. The combined companies took the name of Polcopper, which soon became one of the most recognized brands in the wholesale and scrap processing industry. At that time, the company extended its scope of activity to trade in metallurgical products.
The first decade of operating under the Polcopper brand was a period of dynamic development. The company opened branches and sales points in several dozen Polish cities, invested in a machine park and significantly expanded its sales markets by precisely adjusting the services to the needs and expectations of trading partners.
