Pioneer Recycling Services, LLC was formed in late 2014 to purchase and operate two existing Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) in the Pacific Northwest from SP Fibertech of Dublin, GA.

The business is owned and managed day to day by Steve Frank and Dave Claugus both of whom have multiple decades of experience working in the Recycling Industry. Steve and Dave were supported by the Central Valley Fund and Socius Capital, LLC in the purchase of the business.

Pioneer Recycling Services is managed with the key objective of providing both cost effective and consistently reliable service to our customers. To that end, the ownership has invested substantially at both facilities in each of the past two years in new mobile, baling and processing equipment to insure improved reliability and to lower processing costs.
