Pavement Recycling Inc. is in the asphalt recycling, stabilizing and restoration business. We are equipped to handle major repairs, re-construction and new construction including asphalt pulverizing/reclaiming, cold-milling and base stabilizing with hot liquid asphalt cement, engineered asphalt emulsion, portland cement, quick lime, or hydrated lime depending on the type of base problems.
