The Information Technology business line provides practices for assuring both data and network solutions are designed, developed, and implemented to provide the greatest systems functionality and protections from intrusion or abuse.Whether the solution exists in the marketplace already or is created by Paper Chase, the goal is to track information throughout its existence to ensure data integrity at all times, that it does not become corrupt while in its "live" state within a company's data entry, processing, networking and storage environments until its destruction.Paper Chase helps organizations with the necessary tools and solutions to safeguard and protect information in a cost effective way in order to reduce risk of liability for violating any statutory privacy rules or regulations and it also helps to mitigate some of the costs of compliance with privacy rules.

Paper Sales
Paper Chase supplies many of its customers with office paper products. Generally customers order 8 1/2 x 11 paper with approximately 30% post-consumer fiber (recycled) content. Paper Chase's pricing is competitive with the general office paper marketplace. Paper quantities vary by customer with a minimum order of forty (40) cases.

On-Site Shredding

As a convenience to our customers or for those customers who require visual inspection of documents shredded at the job site, we can come to your location to quickly and conveniently perform our secure document destruction services. For customers who prefer shredding on-site, please call to make special arrangements.

Off-Site Shredding
Paper Chase Shredding & Recycling has a central base that can take care of your off-site shredding needs. Paper Chase will pick up your paper and drive it to its secure shredding facility where the paper will be properly disposed of with the same security, care and consideration you get from on-site shredding. Off-site shredding is a cost effective way to take care of your sensitive documents.
