In addition to having significant working capital, NorthStar has an aggregate bonding capacity of $350 million. Our financial strength and exceptional bonding history, allows NorthStar to provide our Clients with assurance of NorthStar’s ability to fulfill the contract on time, within budget and according to specifications. Since starting our business in 1986, NorthStar has never had a surety bond called by a Customer.

Green Work Practices & Recycling Green initiatives may be incorporated into all phases of our work and may include minimization of waste streams, demolition involving segregation and reuse of structural components, green upgrades that preserve historic buildings, earth-moving/site restoration activities, and other activities that support timely and cost-effective salvage of materials for recycling. NorthStar has extensive experience in these areas, and has also assisted customers with environmentally sound solutions for asset recovery, including the resale or relocation of equipment and materials. ReNu: Drop Box Service in Oregon and Washington State
Demolition and construction sites create a great deal of debris and waste. In the past, this would have been hauled off and dumped into a landfill, but increasing public and industry demand for recycling has made developers and general contractors seek out other means for handling construction and demolition (C&D) waste. NorthStar’s ReNu Division has stepped in to meet this need, offering comprehensive, guaranteed drop off and pick up service, flat-rate pricing, and a distinctive, recycling-themed drop box design that visually reinforces your dedication to resource preservation and responsible environmental stewardship. ReNu is one more part of NorthStar’s strategy to provide a full package of integrated services for our clients. ReNu’s menu of services includes the collection of both source-separated (single stream) and commingled materials, allowing you to put most C&D waste products in the same box. Additionally, we will work with you to manage and mitigate site waste and costs and even provide recycling and diversion reporting on a regular basis at no extra charge.
Founded in 2001, ReNu has grown to the largest C&D hauler in the State of Washington by combining a fast turnaround with the excellent customer service for which we are famous. We guarantee service within 24 hours, and will typically arrive at a job site to drop off or pick up a container the same day. We operate around the clock, seven days a week to take care of your needs.
