With our own range of trucks and several leased/contracted trucks, our logistics and transportation department can service the entire United States, Mexico, and Canada. In almost all cases, Northern Metals, Inc. can deliver material next day or within 2-3 days outside of the Midwest. All materials are properly packaged to ensure safe delivery and unloading.

Northern Metals, Inc. offers a complete inventory to supply your material requirements. We have extensive knowledge of stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals, as well as the ability to provide ferrous metals when needed. Our warehouse is stocked with many shapes and sizes to provide a wide array of processing services. Below is a list of our most popular inventory items. All materials are prime, including mill certificates, and are never bought secondary.

Stainless Steel Bar is stocked in grades 303, 304, 304(L), 316, 316(L), 416, 440C, 17-4, & 2205. Available in rounds, hexagons, squares, flats, angles, and centerless ground. Sizes range from 1/8" up to 22".

Stainless Sheet is stocked in grades 304(L), 316(L), & 2205. Mill pattern or custom sizes are available. Sizes range from 28 GA up to 7 GA. 2D, 2B, #4, and #9 mirror finishes are available.

Stainless Coil is stocked in 304(L), 316(L), & 2205. Mill pattern sheet or custom slitting available. Polished to #1, #3, or #4 finish. Gauge .010"-500", width 1/2"-120" x coil.

Stainless Pipe/Tubing is stocked in grades 304, 316, & 416. Can be polished, given 180 or 600 grit. Sizes range from 1/4" up to 10".

Stainless Steel Fittings/Nipples/Valve stocked in Type 304(L) and 316(L). 150 LB threaded fittings, 3000 LB pressure fittings, butt weld fittings, flanges, nipples, valves, and sanitary are all available.

Aluminum Sheet is stocked in 3003-H14, 5052-H32, 6061-T6. Mill finish. Thickness: .025" - .250" Widths: 36", 48", 60" Lengths: 96", 120", 144" Specs: ASTM B209 - AMS/QQA 250.

Aluminum Bar is stocked in grades 2011, 2017, 2024, 6061, 6262, & 7075. Available in rounds, hexagons, squares, and flats. Sizes range from 1/8" up to 16".

Aluminum Coil is stocked in 3003, 5052, 6061, & 5005. Mill pattern sheet or custom slitting available. Polished to #1, #3, or #4 finish. Gauge .010"-500", width 1/2"-120" coil.

Brass and Bronze is stocked in grades 353, 360, 464, 544, & 642. Available in rounds, hexagons, flats, and shapes. Sizes range from 1/8" up to 3".

We've forged strong relationships with our customers over the thirteen years we've been in business. Not only do we sell them the highest quality material, we've also created an incredible support system. These symbiotic relationships have allowed us to expand our capabilities to fabrication, engineering, and CAD services, which include everything from an after market truck fitting to a stainless steel security bollard.

Some of our services also include welding, polishing, cutting, punching, rolling, and bending. We have provided security bollards, doors, coping, tables, wall panelling, hoods, and many other stainless steel structures to the construction industry.
