Niagara Pallet Credibility: Our family-owned business, proudly celebrates over 20 years in business. From modest beginnings in the family backyard, our company has grown. Today, we operate out of a 40,000 sq. ft. facility on a 5.5 acre site. We’re also proud that our workforce has grown too, from three original staff to over thirty employees today.Ours is a proven track record of providing good quality pallets. We currently supply our customers with more than 500,000 pallets a year.

Recycling 

We are committed to aiding our customers in reaching their recycling objectives and we help our customer by designing their recycling programs. We advice our customers on best practices and processes to achieve maximum reduction of waste. We supply the necessary equipments and markets to tailor a program that suits your recycling needs. We have successfully implemented programs for our customers from 1 to 100 ton of material per month.

Endboard Recycling

We collect, inspect and sort and boards used in roll suspension packaging. We also collect the related core plugs, H and U clips with the endboards.

Old Corrugated Cardboard (OCC)

With a minimum of 10 ton per month we supply our customers with a baler to collect and bale old corrugated cardboard that we collect and recycle.

Pallet Design

We can custom build your pallets. We begin by evaluating the design of your pallet and your material handling requirements to provide you with a pallet that has economy and function. Our new pallets are manufactured from hardwood and softwood materials. We use quality fasteners supplied by Stanley Bostitch. We source our lumber from responsible suppliers that ensure both quality and economy so that we can provide you with an excellent product for a fair price. Our skilled employees use automated equiment to accurately and efficiently assemble your pallets. We also have the ability to provide Heat Treated pallets for export compliance to ISPM 15.

We use PalDraw™ a quick and easy to use Pallet Drawing System. This professional pallet drawing software package offers 3D viewing, as well as professional drawings and quotes in just a few clicks. It also supplies our production and accounting personnel with a complete cut and costing list of all materials necessary for the building process. PalDraw™ generates professional drawings to scale, eliminates mistakes caused by mixed dimensions and creates a complete database of products providing comprehensive control over quoting and manufacturing.

We use The NWPCA’s Pallet Design System© (PDS) a 3-D Design and Engineering Tool for Wood Pallets as a product specification and engineering tool. This system not only allows us to design you a pallet based on predefined specifications but also provides a Pallet Service Life Analysis that simulates the forces and impacts applied to a pallet during each handling cycle and equips us to design you a pallet that is more suitable for your application.

Used Pallets

We stock a wide selection of Used Pallets from 30″ x 30″ to 48″ x 48″ and many sizes inbetween. We carry a daily inventory of 50,000 pallets and supply our customers with 500,000 pallets per year. All Used Pallets are sorted, inspected and repaired prior to shipping them to our customers. We have the ability to Heat Treat our Used Pallets for export shipping regulations in our onsite Heat Treating Kiln. We are capable of building custom pallets from used material reclaimed in our recycling operation. The Wood Waste that our pallet repair operations produce are recycled into various Wood Fibre products. We also have used Plastic Pallets avaialble in a variety of sizes and configurations.
