Monadnock Disposal Service is New England's premier transfer station. We pride ourselves on maintaining one of the cleanest most efficient transfer stations in the North East.
Recycling Made Easy
At Monadnock Disposal Service we take the hassle out of recycling, period. No more sorting cans from plastic, green glass from clear glass, white paper from printed paper. Simply place all your recyclables into a clear plastic bag. Then, throw it in with the rest of your trash, that's it. Easy!
What Can Be Recycled
A transfer station provides a system for collecting, sorting and distributing waste. There is no long term storage or incineration of waste at our transfer station.Waste is collected and brought by truck to the transfer station, where it is emptied onto a large open indoor sorting area. In the sort area workers separate recyclables (such as cardboard, glass, newspapers, wood, etc.) form non-recyclalbe waste. Once separated the waste is loaded into trucks and containers for shipment to finishing centers.
