Miller’s Quality Recycling, located in Bedford, Pennsylvania, was formed nearly 30 years ago by Steve and Kim Miller and is a family owned and run business.Our hopes and dreams are being fulfilled by our daughters and son-in-law’s hands on participation in the family business. Baler sales, rentals and service, as well as drop trailers and scheduled pick-up, are also available.
