Metal Recycling is committed to operating its facility and business in an environmentally responsible manner. The recycling of scrap steel alone is responsible for saving enough energy to power about 18 million homes annually (Steel Recycling Institute, 2006). Studies also show that a single aluminum element may be able to power a television set for up to four hours. We take these and other facts into account daily when we make choices on how to run our business.
