Masters Recycling was founded by Joseph Masters in the Autumn of 2016. Coming from a background of an IT Professional with a knowledge in computer hardware he saw there was an opportunity to specialise in the recycling of IT equipment, this also sitting well with his beliefs of ethical disposal of waste.
Since our inception we worked hard to attain compliance from the Environment Agency with regard to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations and hold all the licensing to be fully compliant. Also we comply with the Data Protection Act (DPA), and latterly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) due to the nature of our business, and the data that we are processing.
We have recycled tonnes of electronic waste and saved many items from going to landfill. Our ethos is to promote environmental sustainability, and realise our responsibly to interact with the planet and avoid jeopardizing the ability for future generations to meet their needs. We continue to secured new partnerships while continuing with existing ones, who also realise their responsibilities and hold true to the same ethos. Our licence and certifications from the governmental regulatory agencies allow us to collect, dismantle, repair, refurbish and recycle WEEE, again this is core to our ethos of promoting environmental sustainability.
We continually strive to deliver value to our customers and foster a partnership where we all wish to have a sustainable environment which has the capacity to improve the quality of human life while living within and supporting the earth's supporting ecosystems.
