Since 1991, Market Recycling has provided recycling and exporting services to Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties. Conveniently located in the heart of Southern California, we pride ourselves on exhibiting top of the line customer service and offering competitive market prices.

Market Recycling is a family owned and operated business. Currently, we have 40 employees and over 50 years of experience in the recycling business. Over the years, our main objective has been to satisfy each and every customer that does business with Market Recycling. Doing business as Canco Recyling, our main location resides off South Street and Paramount Blvd. Rapidly expanding, our company has opened six recycling centers throughout the Long Beach and Los Angeles communities. Our services are not limited to the general public. We specialize in baling CRV, paper, and metal materials. We also offer a pick up/delivery service with our commerical and industrials accounts. California Refund Value

Consumers pay CRV (California Refund Value) when they purchase beverages from a retailer, which is refunded when they redeem the containers at a recycling center. Effective January 1, 2007, CRV paid to consumers when they recycle containers at recycling centers will increase to 5¢ for each beverage container less than 24 ounces and 10¢ for each container 24 ounces or greater.Californians bought more than 20 billion carbonated and non-carbonated drinks in aluminum, glass, plastic and bi-metal containers last year. More than 12 billion of those containers were recycled, saving natural resources, conserving energy and extending the life of our landfills. Imagine what we’ll accomplish if we recycle the other 8 billion!

Mobile Recycling Centers

Since 2002, we have opened six mobile recycling centers throughout the Long Beach and Los Angeles communities. They are open six days a week and accept CRV material only. These mobile recycling centers are a branch of Market Recycling and represent it as such. We maintain a clean and professional environment, you will never see trash or any materials lying around our recycling centers. It gets better, we are open from 8:30am- 4:00pm so we do not stay overnight like most recycling centers. Plus, we only take up one parking space! Our employees are in company issued uniforms and present and conduct themselves professionally. We work extremely hard to make recycling convenient for the community.
