HISTORY

Founded on the principles of honesty and integrity in 1988, Louisiana Scrap Metal Recycling began primarily as an aluminum recycler operating in a converted gasoline station in Lafayette, Louisiana. Now with three locations (Lafayette, Port Allen, and Lake Charles), Louisiana Scrap Metal Recycling's operations total approximately 70 acres, 60,000 square feet of warehouse space, a fleet of over 20 trucks and accompanying scrap metal support trailers and containers, new state of the art material handling machines, mobile shears, and multiple high capacity nonferrous balers.
