Lies Waste Systems is a locally owned and family operated, garbage and recycling disposal business serving the Denver Metro Area. We exist to serve residents of the Denver Metro Area including Aurora, Centennial, Columbine, Commerce City, Englewood, Lakewood, and Littleton by providing excellent customer service, reliable and courteous drivers, and affordable garbage collection.
Recycling
We know that recycling is important not only to our customers but to our environment as well. That is why we make it easy. When you choose Lies Waste Systems as your trash service provider, we offer recycling as an add-on service for $9.00 every 3 months.*
- The recycling is picked up every other week on the same day as the trash pick-up.
- Recycling will not be picked up the same time as the trash, because it is a separate truck.
- Our recycling is single stream which means that you do not have to sort your recycling. All of your paper, plastic, glass, etc. can go into one container together.
- When you sign up for recycling services you can either use your own containers or rent containers from Lies Waste Systems. We have 96 gallon recycle carts available for rent for an additional $3 every 3 month. We limit recycle rentals to 1 cart per customer.
- In order for your recycling to be placed in the appropriate truck, please make sure all recycle containers are labeled for recycling. You can call our office to request that recycle stickers be mailed to you for this reason.
Residential Services
Lies Waste Systems offers residential trash pick-up weekly. We have courteous and dependable drivers as well as helpful office staff. We believe that our customers deserve the best when it comes to our services and strive to make your experience with us a positive one.
- We charge $51 every 3 months for residential trash service. There are no additional taxes, fees, or surcharges on top of this rate so that our customers are not surprised when they receive their first bill! First time customers are eligible for 50% off their first three months* (Mention website promotion to receive discount by phone or enter code FTC50 during online sign-up)!
- Trash is picked-up weekly. To find out what day we pick-up trash in your area, call our office at (303) 286-6700.
- If you have your own trash containers, you are welcome to use them. If not, we have 96 gallon trash containers that we rent out for an additional $3 every 3 months for the first rental and $6 every 3 months for additional rentals.
- We offer curb-side and alley pick-up service.
- We start our routes at 7:00am and they can run up to 5:00pm.
- The weight limit for any residential container is approximately 100 lbs. Please do not fill your containers with rock, concrete, bricks, dirt, etc. as this will make the container too heavy and may cause your container to break while being dumped. Best judgement regarding the container’s weight is left to the driver on your route. Customer is responsible for personal container if it breaks due to being overweight and/or overfilled.
- Customers assume liability for personal containers that are damaged or missing. Lies Waste Systems assumes liability for Lies Waste Systems issued carts that are rented to customers.
- We do not accept any hazardous materials including, but not limited to paint, oil, and hazardous chemicals. We also do not take tires, electronic items, nor construction materials.
- All limbs should be cut down to 4 feet and tightly bundled. Bundles are to have a diameter of 10 inches or less.
- Please bag all leaves and grass clippings. This is not a requirement; however, it ensures that the items are contained and not scattered in the event of inclement weather or by accident.

- Lies Waste Systems does not require an annual contract. You can cancel your service at anytime without a cancellation fee; however service is automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle and service is provided for 30 days before being placed on hold for non-payment. Customers are financially responsible for service while it is active regardless of the customer’s usage. In order to cancel your service and avoid the automatic renewal, you must call our office and speak with a customer service representative prior to renewal.

Commercial Services
Lies Waste Systems offers commercial services for customers who need regularly scheduled pick-ups. We offer 1 yard, 2 yard, 3 yard, and 4 yard containers. Call our office to speak with a customer service representative for more information on our service areas and schedules.
- Pricing varies based on the size of the container and the amount of pick-ups you have per month. Call our office at (303) 286-6700 for pricing.
- We bill commercial customers on a monthly basis.
- We do not accept hazardous waste including, but not limited to paint, oil, and hazardous chemicals. We do not accept tires.
- If you would like a lock on your container, you can request one when you sign-up for service while talking to our office staff. We do not charge an extra fee to supply the lock.
