• We are a local family serving local people. Together with all of our employees we make sure our customers are well taken care of. We are always willing to accommodate special circumstances and needs wherever possible. The best time to call for any information: Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 3:00pm at 315-845-8899. • We pick up the routes on the same day each week, every week of the year, including holidays. The only exceptions being Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years; only these days we pick up on the previous and following Fridays, every other day of those weeks' remains as normal. All garbage and recycles must be curbside by 6 am on your pick op day.

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card, debit and credit cards; checks or money orders by mail, we can also set you up with automatic payments through your checking account or credit/debit card.

• You can buy our red garbage bags and our clear recycles bags at the following stores: Stewarts Shops in Middleville, Poland, Barneveld and Holland Patent, RJ's Pizzeria in Middleville, Norway General Store in Norway, C & D Market in Newport, Rite Aid, and Northway Stop n Shop in Remsen.

DO NOT include these items in your recycling bag:

• NO Plastic Bags or Wrap (grocery store bags, animal feed or pellet bags, plastic wrap)
• NO Styrofoam (foam cups, packaging foam)
• NO Needles (needles, syringes and lancets should be placed in a puncture-proof container with a lid, labeled as “sharps” and placed in the garbage. Find sharp disposal programs by visiting www.ohswa.org.)
• No drinking glasses, canning jars, or dishes
