Recycling concrete and asphalt makes good sense, environmentally and economically. Recycling demolished buildings, parking lots and roads helps preserve landfill space while yielding a wealth of viable aggregates.
Give us your piles of concrete, brick, and rock and we'll recycle them into valuable aggregates to be used as base materials, building pads, structural fills and backfill.
We take virgin topsoil and screen it to meet state highway certification standards. We also accept excess fill dirt and can add organic materials to it in order to produce topsoil in a variety of custom blends.
Our process uses a concrete crusher and a power screener. Powered by a diesel engine with full hydraulic controls, it has a vibrating screen that lets us make up to 3 products simultaneously, and a cross-belt magnet for removing trash metals like steel rebar, which we take to a metal recycler. It can receive material as large as 2 feet in diameter and crush into any size, as fine as 3/4".
