About 10 years ago Jack started this hauling business by himself, in the back of a small box truck. Not too much has come easy for this Junk Hauler, but there wasn’t a thing that could stand in the way of his dream. Little by little, the company has expanded from one truck to a truck and a trailer and into a corporation, which is now known all over the tri-county area. Jack is dedicated to his craft and is constantly finding new ways to improve his business and clientele. He strives to be the best that he can be, in every single new project that he may take on. There is nothing this entrepreneur won’t try once and he is thankful for every opportunity, which is thrown his way. Jack’s and his team have built quite a name for themselves, receiving the Super Service Award for the past four years on Angie’s List, in addition to nothing but “A” ratings on any reviewer site you may visit. Jack takes an incomparable amount of pride in his business and customer service. Licensed, Insured & Uniformed
Here at Jack’s Junk Removal it is key to advise our clientele that we are licensed, insured & uniformed. Our company also carries workman’s comp for each and every one of our employees. We believe in conducting our business by the books and we wouldn’t have it any other way! We have been doing this for about 10 years now, which is long enough to know that not everyone is perfect! Accidents happen, not always and not frequently…but they do! That is why it is so important to disclose the fact that you, as well as our company are 110% protected.
Payment
Jack’s Junk Removal accepts cash & all major credit cards. Payment will be due, same day, upon completion of services.
Payment on Account (Large Corporations)
For our larger corporations, once a business relationship has been established we will be able to put you on account with set terms. These terms & this agreement only applies to larger corporations. Once we have agreed upon the terms a net number of days for payment to be obtained, will be provided. Payments that remain outstanding 30 days after invoiced date, will incur late payment fees ($30.00 every 30 days until payment is obtained). We reserve the right to seek recovery of any unpaid accounts sixty days from the date of invoice via collection agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed $3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs. Returned check will incur a $55 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned check, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding debts are recovered in full.

Foreclosure Cleanouts
We provide full Estate Clean-outs for foreclosed homes that are getting ready to or have already been taken over by a financial institute such as banks, property management company, real estate companies, brokers, etc… We also provide services to clients whose homes are on the market for “short-sales”.
Realtor, Property Managers, & Bank Representatives hire us as a vendor or contractor when needing all junk/debris through out the entire property cleaned out from a property that has been recently bought or taken over by another institution or a private buyer. Including: appliances, furniture, yard debris, any and all belongings left behind by the previous owner . We arrive on site load all junk/debris per client’s request. All items are removed from property, loaded on to dump bed, hauled off, and properly disposed of.
Missed Bulk Pickup?
Emergency pickups are also served to those who do not have the privilege or missed the opportunity for bulk pick up. Clients who need immediate services call to have junk/debris cleaned up. We have some clients call after a family member or friend has been deceased and home/property needs immediate attention for estate clean outs. Our emergency services are used only for debris/junk removal, hauling, and disposal with immediate attention at client/contractors discretion.

Our staff members deliver polite customer service and professional experience to all of our clients. Including, Residential / Commercial Customers, Real Estate Companies, Property Management Companies, and Bank REO Departments. We know sometimes you just need the job done as soon as possible.
