For customers who cannot transport their wood waste and construction & demolition material to our facility, we offer roll off container rentals. We will distribute and haul containers all over the southern part of Maine.We can also pick up material and debris on your demolition site. Depending on the size of your project, we can send our roll off fleet or our fleet of 100 yard Walking Floor trailers. We can dispatch our Walking floors to any part of Southern Maine or Southern New Hampshire.

Here at J.A. Simpson, we manufacture all of our own mulch products on site. We use 100%, natural forest products and the latest technology to create the richest, most colorful product on the market.Mulch is available for pickup at our Sanford yard, or it can be delivered in any quantity to homeowners, landscapers and nurseries across southern Maine. Large quantities can be delivered by tractor trailer to locations across Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. We take great pride in offering our customers only the highest quality mulch products.

Wood Recycling

Here at J.A. Simpson we offer a variety of recycling services to commercial, industrial and municipal customers throughout the area. We strive to meet the highest expectations of our customers, whether at our DEP licensed facility or out on site.We operate a DEP licensed and permitted Construction & Demolition Recycling and Transfer Facility. All incoming materials are weighed on a 60 ton Cardinal scale. This ensures accuracy in tracking material in and out of the facility.

CLEAN LOGS AND PULPWOOD ACCEPTED AT NO CHARGE

Our recycled wood is ground into wood fuel. Unfortunately, pressure treated and creosote treated wood cannot be used as fuel and must be sent to a landfill. The recycled wood fuel is then hauled to power plants and is used to generate electricity. Here at J.A. Simpson, we are doing our part to help reduce the nations dependence on fossil fuels. We also recycle metal, asphalt shingles, bricks, blocks, and concrete.

Any appliances such as refrigerators and air conditioners are stored in a secure area until they are properly drained and tagged by a licensed Freon recovery company. This ensures that no harmful materials are emitted into the atmosphere.

Wood Waste Pickup

Got waste wood? Call us, we have a truck that we can send to your jobsite to pick up wood waste of any type. This truck is equipped with a roll-off body as well as a crane which allows us to quickly and efficiently load the vehicle ourselves.

Mobile Grinding

We can provide your company with almost any type of on-site grinding, and we can bring our portable grinders to your site and process any type of waste you may have.  We can also provide transportation and disposal of these materials.  This service is available to serve the wood waste needs of Municipalities, Sawmills, General Contractors and Industrial Customers.

Demolition

We provide an on-site demolition service for our customers. Our facility allows us to be a strong contender in the market and our advanced fleet of equipment allows us to do the job in the quickest and most efficient manor.“Specializing in the demolition and disposal of wood framed structures.”We are equipped to completely dismantle and remove your buildings with our fleet of Excavators, 100 yard Walking Floor Trailers and Roll-Off Containers.Our fast mobilization and service are key in helping to keep your project on schedule.
