Mattera Enterprises Recycling, Inc. was founded in 1999 by current President Joseph Mattera as a small plastic brokerage company in Southern California. Since that time Mattera Enterprises has expanded into four facilities operating in two states. We handle over twenty thousand tons of recovered fiber and metals annually both domestically and overseas.This broad base of supply and sales outlets allows us to capitalize and respond quickly to global supply shortages. In addition this global market leverage insures a consistent flow of local materials at preferred market pricing levels.Mattera Enterprises Recycling was awarded the 2000 “Governor’s Spirit of Success” award from the state of Arizona and also received several “Waste Reduction Assistance” (WRA) grants issued by Arizona’s Department of Enviromental Quality.Ironman Recyclers, Inc is the only full service material recovery facility in central Arizona.
