Founded in 2009, Intonu has grown to be one of the leading recyclers in the Southeastern United States. Our management staff offers years of industry experience and expertise. We provide our customers with the most competitive value for their recyclable materials, while setting an industry standard in customer service.
Intonu recycles a variety of different materials, including ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, electronics, plastics, and cardboard. Our broad spectrum of recycling capabilities provides our customers with a “one stop shop” for all of their recyclables. As new technologies emerge for additional materials, Intonu will look to broaden our portfolio even further.
Our collection and processing facility is located on the west side of Atlanta, GA. From this location, we provide recycling solutions for a variety of businesses and individuals located throughout the Southeast. Through our global network of buyers and sellers of recycled products, we provide our customers with timely transactions at the most current and competitive values.
Intonu is able to accept and recycle all forms of materials that consist primarily of ferrous metals, which are iron and steel. Whether the material is an old obsolete washing machine, structural beams from a demolition project, or new production stamping press scrap, we are set-up to handle ferrous metal recyclables at Intonu. As a rule of thumb, if the material sticks to a magnet, it will be accepted at Intonu as a ferrous metal recyclable.
Nonferrous Metals are a broad category, consisting of all metals that are not iron or steel. The list includes metals such as copper, aluminum, stainless steel, zinc, tin, and many more. If the metal does not stick to a magnet, then it will be recycled at Intonu as a nonferrous metal. We are able to accept and recycle all forms of materials that consist primarily of nonferrous metals. Whether the material is an old aluminum gutter, a stainless steel tank from a demolition project, or new production copper wiring scrap, we are set-up to handle nonferrous metal recyclables at Intonu.
Electronic recyclables include a broad category, primarily consisting of discarded electronic equipment or electrical devices. As technology rapidly evolves, many electronics become outdated, and therefore obsolete. When this equipment has been deemed obsolete, the most environmentally friendly way of discarding this material is to have it recycled. At Intonu, we are able to accept and recycle most forms of electronic equipment and devices. We offer electronic recycling services for businesses, corporations, government municipalities, and individual households. Whether it is an old PC computer from your home, or a corporate clean-up of IT equipment, or new production circuit board scrap, we are set-up to handle electronic recyclables at Intonu.
Intonu works closely with demolition contractors throughout the Southeast. We view ourselves as partners with the contractors, working together from the start of the project through its completion. Our intention is to provide maximized salvage value, while also providing prompt service and payment. Our staff is able to walk job sites to help identify the various recycling streams that can be generated from each project. We then determine where and how each commodity needs to be shipped in order to maximize its value. Our services may include the supply of on-site equipment, the marketing and transportation of material, and full administrative support.Full accountability reporting is available for every project. We are able to provide summary reports for each commodity at each project location. Intonu is very familiar with the salvage needs of demolition contractors and looks forward to working together on your future project.
