We accept a wide variety of batteries. All of the batteries we accept must adhere to detailed packaging specifications. It is important that you follow these legal requirements for packaging lead-acid batteries. Use the resources we have provided as a guide to remain in compliance with the laws.
We accept a wide variety of brass materials. Today almost 90% of all brass alloys are recycled. Because brass is not ferromagnetic, it can be separated from ferrous scrap by passing the scrap near a powerful magnet. Aluminum makes brass stronger and more corrosion resistant. To enhance the machinability of brass, lead is often added in concentrations of around 2%.
We accept a wide variety of copper materials, including insulated copper wire. Copper is 100% recyclable without any loss of quality whether in a raw state or contained in a manufactured product. Copper is the third most recycled metal after iron and aluminum.
