Located in Richmond, IN is under the same ownership as Integrity Metals. It is a scrap metal facility that purchases scrap from retail customers as well as offering a rewards program for its customers. We have a 924 Liebherr crane to load and unload ferrous scrap. We have a drive through warehouse for easy unloading and handling of scrap from its nonferrous metals customers.

Integrity Metals is a full service scrap metal processing company. We currently have three facilities in Indiana: Connersville, Richmond, and Morristown. At these facilities we purchase, process and ship ferrous and nonferrous scrap metal to steel mills, foundries, and smelters throughout the country and world. We handle 150,000 tons of ferrous scrap and 20 million pounds of nonferrous scrap, annually. We remain a privately held, family owned business, and have the capability to compete with public companies many times our size. Our operations are extremely efficient and stay on the cutting edge of any new innovations. We give excellent service to our customers. We are not tied to any one consumer, so we can market scrap to many different mills, foundries, smelters and refineries. Integrity Metals has an impeccable reputation in the scrap industry. We take our name seriously. For nearly one hundred years, our family has been involved in the scrap industry in Indiana. Now, with a fifth generation coming on board, we look forward to continuing on through the twenty-first century. We are very involved with the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries. This way we are always aware of any new laws or regulations that are being discussed in the state or national legislature.

Our Services

Integrity Metals operates its own rolling stock fleet. This consists of 20 semi tractors and roll-off trucks and several hundred trailers and containers. Our customers deal directly with us and not through a third party hauler. We purchase all new equipment. Our fleet of trucks are all Macks. This way our maintenance is minimal and our trucks are on the road where they should be. We also have enough backup for the times we do have preventative work done on our equipment. Our containers are leak-proof to assure that no oily scrap leaks out onto the highways. Integrity Metals is always looking for better and more innovative ways to handle its customers scrap. We will provide recycling services for your plastic and corrugated scrap. We have provided scales, conveyor systems and even buildings to manage your scrap in the most efficient and safe manner. We also provide custom scrap management plans for customers. Some of our customers with multiple facilities ask us to manage their scrap at all their facilities. This assures them of getting the most for their scrap at locations that are not close to their headquarters as well as making sure their scrap is being handled in a proper environmentally safe manner.

Guarantee of Service – Integrity Metals operates a fleet of trucks 24/7. Customers are given our dispatcher’s and manager’s cell phone numbers. It is our policy that they can be called at any time if a scrap pick up after regular hours is necessary. Scrap Handling Equipment – Integrity Metals takes care of your scrap from the time it drops from your stamping press to the time it gets delivered to the consumer. It is our responsibility to make sure your facility has all the proper equipment to handle your scrap in the most efficient, safest, and environmentally sound method. This includes: providing self dumping hoppers, floor plates and runners under our equipment, small balers for corrugated, and leak proof containers for oily scrap.

Equipment

At our three locations we have the most up to date equipment in the scrap industry. We handle 150,000 tons of ferrous scrap and 20,000,000 pounds of non ferrous scrap per year. Ferrous Division: We have a 2500 horsepower American Pulverizer Shredder with state of the art downstream sorting equipment. We shred 80,000 tons of automobiles, appliances, and sheet metal, annually. Our equipment sorts, segregates and processes almost all the metals that can be recycled from automobiles and appliances. As technology advances, Integrity Metals will be there to process all the materials in an automobile. We also have two mobile shears to process heavy iron into suitable sizes for steel mills and foundries. We have a Harrris TGS 320 sheet metal baler that compacts new sheet clips into bundles and eight Liebherr cranes to handle, sort, and load all our scrap.Nonferrous Division: We have a large Harris HRB 10-A Horizontal Baler to prepare aluminum, stainless, copper, and brass scrap for our consumers, the smelters. We process up to 2,000,000 pounds per month of nonferrous metals. We have state-of-the-art chemistry testing equipment. We can assure foundries that need special high quality scrap of receiving the scrap that meets their specifications.
