Grinding

Industrial Resin Recycling, Inc. uses advanced shredding and grinding equipment to control grind size to fit customer’s specification. All material passes through ferrous, non ferrous metal detectors and magnets to guarantee the material remains free of contamination . We have grinders that range from 30 hp to 200 hp. Versatile equipment size allows us to be competitive at all quantities of tolling.

Recovery Programs

Industrial Resin Recycling, Inc. specializes in part separation and disassembly. We can separate most co-extrusions and two-shot injection parts. We can remove ferrous and non-ferrous inserts. We will design or tailor any program around our customers’ needs.

Toll Compounding

We can repelletize your regrind to make it easier to use back into your process. We can custom mix products according to customer needs. We also have material Drying and Blending capabilities.
