Our R2 Policy
iGreen’s Responsible Recycling (R2) Practices Policy is to manage used and end-of-life electronics equipment in a way that is based on a “reuse, recover, dispose” heirarchy of responsible management strategies.
Our Process
All of the electronics we recycle are dismantled by hand and separated into various products. The metals we harvest include steel, copper, aluminum, & brass. Circuit boards from computers and other electronics are recycled for their high copper content as well as for the small amounts of gold, silver and platinum they may contain.
Our Mission
We take responsible recycling very seriously and assure that all hard drives and other data containing devices are erased and/or destroyed according to all local, state and national regulations.
