Schumann Alloys, LLC is the trading division of I. Schumann & Company that purchases non-ferrous and ferrous scrap metals and prepares material for sale to foundry and mill consumers worldwide. The CEO and Principal of Schumann Alloys, LLC is Thomas Netzer. (Please seeAbout Us for list of Officers and Principals.) Mr. Netzer was the former President and Chief Operating Officer for Nicroloy Company – An industrial processor for over 35 years of stainless scrap and nickel alloys for raw material consumption by specialty mills. Mr. Netzer sold Nicroloy in July of 1998 to a NASDAQ Company. He is the past Chairman of Nickel and Stainless Committee for the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries and presented papers at various symposiums in Europe and the United States.
